We
require a 20% deposit to hold your wedding date.
The remaining balance is
due two weeks before the event. The grounds and the
rooms mentioned in our
packages will be available for the entire day, so
you may relax a little and
decorate when you please.

100 white wooden wedding chairs
40 wooden mahogany chairs
12/ 48’’ round tables
2/ 6 ft. rectangle tables
1/ 8ft. rectangle table
1/ 4ft. card table
1/ 4ft.rectangle table
**** There will be a $250.00 fee for use of all
or any of the above. The
price includes set up and breakdown of all items*****
Catering:
We require all weddings to have a licensed caterer,
no acceptations. We do
not have a preferred vendor list but we will be
happy to recommend vendors
if you need assistance. The caterer is responsible
for cleaning and a list
will be provided for them at contract signing.
Rehearsal:
We do not charge for the rehearsal as long as there
is no food involved. If
you want to have a rehearsal dinner at The Groome
Inn there will be an extra
charge of $250.00. ***price may vary depending
on the party size*** if party
is larger than 30 people the price will increase
to $500.00
Bridal portrait:
There is no charge for the use of the grounds for
a bridal portrait as long
as the bride is getting married at The Groome Inn.
We request the bride to
schedule the session during the week, no weekends
please.
Extra rooms:
We have three extra bedrooms available for your
family, wedding party or out
of town guests. We charge $75.00 per room each
night.
Justice of the peace:
The bride is responsible for the arrangements with
a justice of the peace or
clergy.
Decorations:
The bridal party is responsible for all decorations
if necessary. All
decorations must be removed by bridal party. |
